So here’s where you need to stand out.
You’ve already noticed there are lots and lots of blogs on the Internet. And many of them have the same target market as yours. You may have even noticed that many of those same blogsall look alike. If you haven’t noticed it; go look again!
The sameness may confuse the customers, yours included, so it’s up to you to change your blog up to attract and keep visitors.
Figure out a way to make your blog unique so it appeals to your readers. Graphics in the header and footer and site layout are two areas where you might change things up a bit. But keep flash to a minimum, however.

Author: Karen McGreeveyNot too long ago a lot of us moved our clocks forward, as “Daylight Saving Time” kicked in; we now “gain another hour of daylight” in the evening. That was “our national special” for late spring/summer and into early fall!
Some of you around the world, though, might not have the opportunity to “gain” such an hour, so we at the OIVAC have something for you that’s even better because it “hits you in your pocketbook or wallet”.
At the present time, the OIVAC, which takes place this year from May 17-19, is running a St. Patrick’s Day Special Event price for anyone who registers for OIVAC sessions and presentations between March 17 and March 24. Read the rest of this entry »
“Leap Year” Special Event Pricing at OIVAC
Author: Karen McGreeveyThe Online International Virtual Assistants Convention (OIVAC) has been running a “Leap Year” Event Pricing Special since February 29.
The “special” is effective until March 10.
Unfortunately, because of “technical difficulties” (also known as a hacker), the OIVAC was not “open for business” to accept registrations until late the evening of February 29. Thus, the usual promotional email blasts were delayed.
However, all is fixed now so if you’ve been thinking about registering for the OIVAC May 17-19 Convention, now is the time to get your name in.
The Convention planners have a terrific lineup for this year’s sessions.
So drop on by now to see what’s in store.
