Disclosure, Disclaimer and Transparency
In the interest of disclosure and “transparency” and for the purposes of the new FTC Guidelines, I am an Affiliate for some of the products shown and promoted at this site.
This means I will have the opportunity to receive a percentage of the sales from the manufacturers, book authors, and similar resource entities, etc., based on the sales those specific companies and manufacturers garner from customers’ purchases from that business because they used links to the seller from this site.
In some instances where I have reviewed a product, I may have received that product (such as a book or a cat toy, etc.) from the author or manufacturer in return for a testimonial.
In other instances, as a regular consumer, I may have purchased the item with my personal funds and have then written the endorsement from the standpoint of “my opinion or experience” with the product.
