Utilizing her weakness for “editorial fix ‘em ups” and the experience she gained throughout a long-term, multi-industry career in the public, private and non-profit sectors, Karen grabbed a unique opportunity to do something she loved when she founded Konceptuality in mid-2006.

Upon entering the Virtual Assistant (VA) arena, Karen quickly became acquainted at several leading Internet Virtual Assistant forums where she proceeded to immerse herself in an assortment of volunteer activities!
