Just A Little “Do” Will “Do Ya” When You Write Copy
It’s a new year, and you’re back to thinking about, among other things, copy writing or getting our words down on paper to “sell you” or your product.
In so doing, and because it can’t be repeated enough, there are some words you want to remember to refrain from using on a regular basis (if at all), such as “like”, “if”, “should”, “but”, and “could”. (You may even be able to think of a whole lot more!)
It’s also really, really good to use words like “proven”, “free”, “breakthrough”, “discover”, “learn”, “benefit”, “complete”, “first”, “exclusive”, and other positive words.
And then, of course, while you’re at it, avoid using too many fo the “me, me’s” or the “I, I’s”.
